Acceptance of commission: I have the right to refuse commission if my skillset is outside the bounds of your request.

Communication is key: I strive to make us both satisfied with the end result. I will send you rough drafts which requires your feedback throughout the process.
Revision policy: I include 3 revisions in the price after the final draft. I offer extra revisions from $3 and varies depending on the complexity of your request.
I reserve the rights to delay the delivery because of unforeseen circumstances. In such case, I will notify you ASAP.
Payment & Delivery: Commissions are always paid in full before I start working on them. I will provide payment & delivery details once I accept your commission.
Cancellation: You may cancel your commission at any time. Depending on the status of the commission, refunds may not be applicable. I also reserve the right to refuse to continue working on the commission.
Refunds: I offer refunds depending on the status of your commission and reason for cancellation:
I cancel the commission for any other reason than lack of communication.
You cancel the commission before it is near completed.
No communication within the specific time-frame.
You cancel the commission after it is near completed or completed.
